GIVE MHEALTH BLOCKCHAIN
September 27, 2018
Today there are over 325,000 health-related apps available and only 36 of them comprise nearly 90 percent of downloads. Not 36 percent of them, a total of 36 apps, according to the IMS Institute for Healthcare Informatics after analysis of 26,000 apps.
The GIVE mHealth Forum brought the producers of these apps and other digital diagnostics developers to the Harvard Faculty Club to meet individually with the leaders of the life sciences sector led by Medical Doctors and Fellows from Harvard University and the medical industry. This distinctive global health platform was mHealth industry focused with New England life sciences region as central hub. The GIVE mHealth Global Health Transformation Forum was held at the Harvard Faculty Club led by Dr. John Mattison Chief Medical Information Officer and Assistant Medical Director of Kaiser Permanente, Dr. Andrew Ellner Director of Global Primary Care at Harvard Medical School, Reginald Mbawuike Fellow at Harvard University and Dr. Leandro Grimaldi Bournissaint Director of the GIVE mHealth Program at Harvard University. Several other distinctive doctors from Harvard and across the globe also presented at the forum.
Last year, the CEO of GIVE Inc. presented these results to the United Nations General Assembly. This year the Chief Medical Officer, the Medical Director, and the Founder of GIVE Inc. were highlighted at the UN, where they presented mobile health and its benefits in combating pelvic related diseases and improving maternal mortality. The solutions to the issues facing global health exhibited by the Assistant Medical Director of Kaiser Permanente and the Global Primary Care Director of Harvard Medical School at the GIVE mHealth Forum is the launching of the GIVE mHealth blockchain. This will be connected to the 30 contributing countries to the "Presidential Awards" and "Business Roundtable" which was held during the UN General Assembly at the America Tower in NY and led by the former Chief Technology Officer of IBM and the Chairman of the AI Pioneers forum during the UN General Assembly on September 27th, 2018. Here, we are bridging business to government investment in healthcare access through the United Nations to areas of need across the globe.
